Warwick Industrial Park

Warwick Township occupies a 71,660 acres (290 square-kilometre) area of land in the eastern region of Sarnia-Lambton. The Township's population is 3,717, with the majority of residents living in the rural community of Watford. The City of Sarnia and the Canadian / USA border  both lie just 30 minutes to the west; the City of London is just 30 minutes east.

The economy of Warwick Township accommodates a mix of commerce, industrial development and agriculture. Manufacturing activity in Warwick is concentrated in the community of Watford, where firms produce a variety of goods, including automotive parts, for both local and more distant markets. Watford is also the trade and service centre for the outlying rural areas of the municipality and for the neighbouring Township of Brooke-Alvinston to the south.
