The Township of Plympton-Wyoming is located west of the City of Sarnia. Lake Huron borders its north, Lambton Shores and Warwick the east, and Enniskillen the south.

Plympton includes the communities of Wyoming, Reece's Corners, Wanstead, Camlachie, and Errol. The Plympton-Wymoing municipal office is located at 546 Niagara Street, Wyoming.
