The Township of Plympton-Wyoming is located west of the City of Sarnia. Lake Huron borders its north, Lambton Shores and Warwick the east, and Enniskillen the south.

Plympton-Wyoming includes the communities of Wyoming (county seat and home to Lambton County Buildings), Reece's Corners, Wanstead, Camlachie, and Errol. The Plympton-Wyoming municipal office is located at 546 Niagara Street, Wyoming.
