• NCO Customer Management Ltd.   Approximately 1,200 full and part-time jobs are filled at NCO. This centre specializes in customer relations and accounts receivable management.
   
• Marriott Reservations Centre  This world-wide reservations centre is Marriott's second Canadian call centre and its first in the province of Ontario. The centre employs 450 people.
   
• StarTek Canada Services Ltd.  This inbound call centre chose to locate in Sarnia's downtown Bayside Centre. The location currently employs approximately 300 people. The company has announced that their Sarnia location will close in September 2010.
   
• Osprey Media This inbound classified ad centre employs approximately 30 people in Sarnia.
