CanWeb, today announced its acquisition of the assets of Chronicle Technologies Inc. (Chrontech), a privately held company located in London. Chrontech developed a leading edge suite of knowledge management products for the manufacturing, process control, health care and education industries.
CanWeb’s newly acquired suite of products include:
- iWare TM – the customizable ‘knowledge management’ engine
- iComply TM – a health, safety, environment, quality management and internal corporate compliance application
- iAsset TM – an application to track, sort and manage your assets
- iLogbook TM – an electronic logging and incident management application
- iPlace TM – a human resource management application for academic institutions to manage co-op placement activities
