Economic Partnership Seeking Input into its Strategic Plan

Friday, August 4, 2017

Sarnia, ON – The Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership is seeking public input into the development of its next Strategic Plan.

Members of the public are being asked to complete a short, five minute survey available at www.slepstratplan.ca/survey/ beginning August 14, 2017.  The Strategic Plan will provide recommendations to guide the economic development efforts of the Lambton County community for the next three to five years.

“The primary objective of SLEP’s Strategic Plan is to create economic growth while improving the quality of life, income, and living standards for all those who live and work in Lambton County,” said Board of Directors Chair Bruce Hein.  “We encourage Lambton residents, businesses and organizations from all sectors to express their views on the economic future of their community.”

The survey will be available until September 10, 2017.

The Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership is a private/public sector, community-based partnership that works to continually increase the economic activity in Lambton County. Local business leaders, educational institutions and municipal governments work together to maintain a commercially attractive environment, foster new business creation and ensure that established firms remain and grow in the region.
