Sarnia-Lambton Business Directory Introduces new “Business To Business”

The Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership is pleased to announce the addition of a new “Business to Business” section to its on-line edition of the Sarnia-Lambton Business Directory.

In addition to the Business Directory’s other features, through “Business to Business” Sarnia-Lambton companies can now list products, in a searchable on-line format, that they manufacture and/or sell in Sarnia-Lambton. Geared toward industrial applications, this new on-line data base will provide an opportunity for local businesses to source goods locally, forging new local business to business links, and to also promote their products externally.

Also new is the opportunity for businesses to include their company logos with their listings.
These new initiatives are part of the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership’s update of its business directory, currently underway. Companies listed in the directory will soon be receiving their new usernames and passwords in the mail, allowing them to update their data on-line.

As always, companies list their information totally free of charge.

In 2005 the on-line directory received an average of over 4,200 hits a month. Containing information on approximately 3,800 Sarnia-Lambton businesses of all types, the Sarnia-Lambton Business Directory is the most comprehensive listing of local companies available.

The Directory is free to view on-line at www.slep.wpengine.com. The new printed version will be available late summer, 2006. Printed and disk copies are $25 each.
