Hiring continues to evolve across Sarnia-Lambton, with employers facing new challenges in attracting and connecting with the right talent.

Join Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership (SLEP) for a one-hour session featuring a moderated discussion with local employer and local workforce leaders. This conversation will explore current hiring trends, what organizations are experiencing in today’s labour market, and how approaches to talent engagement are shifting.

Through real-world insights and practical perspectives, we’ll look at how employers are addressing common hiring challenges, from identifying the right fit to engaging candidates earlier, and where new approaches are making an impact.
