BUSINESS PLANNING FOR
ENTREPRENEURIAL SUCCESS
Join Chelsey Hart, Executive Coach and Founder of Your Initiative Co., for a free eight-session workshop focused on building a clear and practical business plan.
Participants will work through the business planning process, clarify their goals and develop a stronger foundation for long-term growth. The workshop can also help entrepreneurs prepare for a future Starter Company Plus application.
Sessions will take place on Tuesdays beginning October 6, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park, 1086 Modeland Road in Sarnia.
Applications are due September 21, 2026.

BUSINESS PLANNING E-LEARNING (AT YOUR OWN PACE)
This self-directed e-learning series is focused on business planning and provides entrepreneurs with practical, hands-on training to build a clear and actionable plan for starting or strengthening their business. This business planning training is also an
excellent preparation for those interested in applying for the Starter Company Plus grant program.
