Cet atelier vise à montrer aux PME / TPE les opportunités concrètes qu’offre la transformation numérique, comme un levier de croissance, de productivité, et de compétitivité. L’idée est de partir des réalités quotidiennes (gestion des clients, facturation, marketing, communication, suivi de projet, ventes en ligne…) pour montrer comment des outils simples, souvent à faible coût ou gratuits, peuvent transformer le fonctionnement de l’entreprise.
Pendant cet atelier, nous alternons apports théoriques courts, témoignages / retours d’expérience, mini-cas pratiques, et échanges / questions. À la fin, chaque participant peut identifier 1 ou 2 “quick wins” qu’il peut mettre en place rapidement dans son entreprise.
Objectifs :
Sensibiliser à l’importance du numérique pour les PME.
Présenter des outils concrets (gestion, marketing, vente, communication, collaboration…).
Donner des exemples réels - ce que ça change dans la pratique.
Permettre aux participants de repartir avec des idées d’actions immédiatement exploitables. /

This workshop aims to show SMEs / VSEs the concrete opportunities offered by the digital transformation, as a lever for growth, productivity, and competitiveness. The idea is to start from everyday realities (customer management, invoicing, marketing, communication, project monitoring, online sales, etc.) to show how simple tools, often low-cost or free, can transform the way the company operates.
During this workshop, we alternate short theoretical contributions, testimonies / feedback, mini-practical cases, and exchanges / questions. At the end, each participant can identify 1 or 2 "quick wins" that they can quickly implement in their company.
Objectives:
Raise awareness of the importance of digital technology for SMEs.
Present concrete tools (management, marketing, sales, communication, collaboration, etc.).
Give real examples - what it changes in practice.
To allow participants to leave with ideas for actions that can be immediately used.
