Randy Myers is a Senior Account Manager with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), where he has spent over six years supporting entrepreneurs with tailored financing solutions and business coaching services. With more than eight years of experience working directly with business owners, Randy brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing today’s SMEs. Prior to his role in commercial banking, he held various leadership positions at CIBC, including Branch Manager, during his eight-year tenure in the retail banking sector. A certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Randy is passionate about helping others grow—both personally and professionally. His expertise includes financing and coaching support related to tariffs and other critical areas where BDC empowers entrepreneurs. Outside of work, Randy has been married for 16 years, is a proud father of two, runs an online business, and enjoys investing, hockey, and golf.
