SARNIA, ON – The Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership (SLEP) will host its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June24, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Parkway Bar & Grill, St. Clair Parkway Golf Course, located at 132 Moore Line in Mooretown.
The meeting is open to the public and will highlight SLEP’s 2024activities, key initiatives and outcomes, while outlining strategic priorities for the year ahead.
This year’s AGM will feature a keynote presentation titled “Lambton Site: Exploring New Energy Opportunities” by David Donovan, Vice President, Strategy, and Andrea Brown, Director, Strategy &Business Development at Ontario Power Generation (OPG). The presentation will introduce OPG’s exploration and assessment of new generation potential in Sarnia-Lambton. Attendees will be able to submit questions to OPG as part of the event registration.
“This year’s keynote is particularly timely as Sarnia-Lambton continues to position itself as a leader in clean energy and industrial innovation,” said Matthew Slotwinski, CEO of the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership. “We’re proud to welcome OPG to share their ongoing project associated with the Lambton site. Additionally, we look forward to sharing with the community the efforts of SLEP to drive investment, growth, and opportunity in our region.”
