Sarnia, ON  – The Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park is pleased to welcome two new tenants, Clover IQ and Steward Group, both expanding their operations with new offices at the Research Park.

Clover IQ, a global technology company based in Dallas, Texas, specializing in private wireless, 5G, and enterprise network solutions, is establishing a Sarnia location to support its growing client base across Canada. The company works with organizations in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors to design and implement reliable connectivity systems.

Steward Group, a Canadian wealth management and financial advisory firm, has also opened a new office within the Research Park. The firm provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management services and is expanding to serve a growing number of clients in Southwest Ontario.

The addition of both companies reflects the continued growth of the Research Park as a centre for professional, technological, and innovation-driven businesses.

“The Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park continues to attract companies that see the value of being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking business community,” said Dr. Katherine Albion, Executive Director of the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park. “Clover IQ and Steward Group each bring expertise that complements our existing tenants, while contributing to the strength and diversity of the local community.”

That sentiment is echoed by Matthew Slotwinski, CEO of the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership, who noted the broader impact of these new additions. “Every new business that joins the Research Park strengthens our region’s reputation as a place where businesses can grow and thrive,” he said. “Clover IQ and Steward Group are joining a vibrant ecosystem of cross-sectoral businesses and professional services. Their presence adds depth to the diverse, collaborative network found at the Research Park, while being welcome additions to the Sarnia-Lambton region.”

For Steward Group, the move represents a commitment to a deeper community connection. “Opening our doors in Sarnia allows us to serve clients where they live and work," said Alex McFadden, Associate Portfolio Manager and Certified Financial Planner at Steward Group. “We’re proud to be part of a community that values collaborations and local partnerships.”

“The Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park offers an environment that supports growth and meaningful relationships,” said Hunaid Lotia, CEO of Clover IQ. “We’re excited to join the community and to work alongside others who are driving innovation and progress in Sarnia-Lambton.”

The arrival of Clover IQ and Steward Group reinforces the Research Park’s ongoing role in supporting both established firms and new businesses seeking a base for growth and collaboration. With more than 270,000 square feet of leasable space, the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park continues to attract organizations that value access to skilled talent, infrastructure, and a strong network of regional partners.

The Research Park has also welcomed several new tenants in 2025, including Leadwave, Vensuris Group of Companies, All Hours Home Care, Alliance Technical Group, and CUPE Local 4370. For a full list of tenants, visit sarnialambtonresearchpark.ca/tenant-listings/.
