Sarnia's LEADWAVE Technologies Inc., has announced a merger agreement with Insight Data Systems Inc., to absorb the company's operation and client base.The merger of the two Sarnia-Lambton IT companies was announced this week.�The decision was over a year in the making and represents a clear win-win outcome for all parties involved,� Chris Jillson, owner of Insight Data Systems, said in a press release.He and the company's lead technician have been added to the LEADWAVE team, according to the release.�A merger or acquisition of Insight had been in our plans for a few years now,� said Mat Berube, CEO of LEADWAVE Technologies.�Chris has built one of Sarnia's longest standing IT companies and we knew from experience that clients of Insight had been extremely loyal.�That says something, Berube added.�And, it's very enticing for a company like LEADWAVE who's committed to world-class customer service and continued growth.�Insight Data Systems was formed by Jillson in March 1992 in response to a need for multiple-user computer support within the small and medium-size business community in Sarnia-Lambton.LEADWAVE provides IT systems monitoring, maintenance and management, including help desk support, end-point and gateway security, malware protection, and backup and disaster recovery.
