New manufacturing facility for Moore Township

MOORE TOWNSHIP, ON – Woodbridge Foam Corporation of Mississauga, Ontario, plans to construct a 76,000 square foot automotive parts manufacturing facility in the Moore Township Industrial Park. The facility, which is expected to employ approximately 150 employees at full production, is scheduled for an early Spring 1999 startup.

The Sarnia-Lambton Office of Economic Development began assisting Woodbridge in their assessment of Sarnia-Lambton for the facility in June of this year. Since early September, when Woodbridge chose the site, Moore Township staff has worked closely with the client to facilitate site details and ensure timely completion.

The Woodbridge Group is a world-class leader in the manufacture of a full range of automotive and commercial polyurethane foam products. The firm is privately owned and operates out of 30 locations in ten countries.
