SARNIA – OWS Rail Car Inc. will receive $360,000 through Ontario’s Regional Investment Program to support a $2.4-million investment at its Sarnia facility. OWS expects to create 11 new jobs through the expansion of new services and modification of facilities. This is complementary to the $832,000 investment by FedDev Ontario announced in 2021.
