Graham Cooper, Vice President of Operations for Montreal-based CGTX Inc., today announced plans to build a rail car service center in Moore Township. “We began working with the Sarnia-Lambton Office of Economic Development in February 1993. After the acquisition of CGTX by US-based GATX Corporation in 1996, we became part of the largest owned tank car fleet in North America with a significant segment of the fleet operating in Sarnia,” said Cooper.
“Sarnia is strategically located to support the projected growth of our railfleet and to increase the in-service time of our customers’ railfleets.”
