Digital Mainsteet Program – Up your online presence

Does your small business need help navigating the world of digital marketing or pivoting to online sales?

Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership’s Digital Main Street Program is here to help.

Through our programs such as – ShopHere and Future Proof – locally owned small businesses and artists in Sarnia-Lambton County will be able to access
free e-commerce and digital marketing programs.

Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership’s current Digital Main Street Service Squad
launched in November 2020, and the program has since helped over 160 local
businesses stand out in the busy digital world. Through provincial grants, local service,
and relevant educational opportunities, the program guides our local businesses in
creating and implementing successful digital marketing plans, pivot to online sales,
or transform their business models.

Businesses can utilize the expertise and skills of the Digital Service Squad, who bring
a strong collective background in marketing, technology, e-commerce, and more. The
Squad will help to create or update Google My Business profiles and take 360-degree
pictures, all at no cost to locally owned businesses. If you need assistance in creating an online presence or digital marketing, the Digital Service Squad can help you achieve your goals.

The ShopHERE program caters to businesses who are pivoting to online sales. Existing
businesses will receive one-on-one support and training needed to manage their website
and e-commerce store, develop marketing abilities, and help launch and grow their online sales presence.

“Through ShopHere, we were able to design our own online store – our customers love using our website, it’s easy to arrange times for product pick up, and we can easily keep track of our inventory!” – Meika Pelleboer, Angus Creek Farms

For those small businesses with existing websites, and are looking to identify in new
markets, pivot their business model and/or implement a deep digital transformation,
the Future Proof Program can help. With an assigned team of web designers, digital marketers, graphic designers and more, this program requires successful applicants to commit to one hour/day to transform their business.

“The digital services and the free training have saved us thousands and put our business in a space that will allow us to keep satisfying our customers, both in person and online.”
– Jason Harris, The Cheese Wedge
