Domenic works to attract investment and support job creation across Sarnia-Lambton's Advanced Manufacturing, Food Processing, and Value-Added Agriculture sectors. His role focuses on investment attraction and site selection, while actively partnering with local industrial site owners to drive new capital and business growth to the region.

He brings hands-on economic development experience from remote and Indigenous communities across the Central Interior and Central Coast of British Columbia, including roles with the Central Coast Regional District in Bella Coola and the Tsilhqot'in National Government in Williams Lake, where he secured major investment in federal funding and led community-facing business development programs.

As an award-winning entrepreneur and photographer, Domenic's creative background shapes how he approaches problem-solving and community storytelling. He holds a Diploma in Photography from Fanshawe College and was selected as a finalist and published in Photographers Forum Magazine's 2018 College & High School Photography Book. His entrepreneurial drive has taken him to national stages, including as an Enactus Canada pitch competition finalist and as a featured entrepreneur on CBC's Dragons' Den, giving him a genuine understanding of what it takes to build, pitch, and scale a vision.

Domenic holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from George Brown College, is CAMP certified, and holds a Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo.
