Shauna works to attract new investment and support job creation and business expansion in Sarnia-Lambton’s petrochemical, bio, sustainable chemistry, and energy sectors. Her role focuses on expanding Ontario’s Hydrogen Hub, the Hybrid Chemistry Cluster, and the Petrochemical and Refining Complex to support innovative and groundbreaking processes and investment.
She serves as the Economic Partnership’s liaison to the three local First Nation communities within Lambton County and is a proud member of the Visions of Harmony committee, which connects local Indigenous communities with education and workforce opportunities. Shauna is also a recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
With 21 years of experience in community and relationship building across the region, Shauna brings deep-rooted connections to support and welcome new investments and companies. She actively collaborates with both new and established industries to position Sarnia-Lambton as Ontario’s Hydrogen Hub and is a member of the Business/Economic Taskforce.
Shauna holds an Honours Degree in English and Political Science, whose related experience help her support what new businesses are looking for.
