Kelly spent more than two decades at Lambton College, where she held senior leadership roles and later taught entrepreneurship, accounting, finance, and business operations. Whether leading strategic initiatives or working directly with students, her focus has always been on helping people develop practical business skills and make confident financial decisions.
As the founder of Profit & Lattes Inc., Kelly advised entrepreneurs on financial strategy, profitability, cash flow management, budgeting, and business planning. As both a CPA and entrepreneur, she understands the realities of building and running a business and is passionate about translating financial concepts into practical, actionable advice.
